In Mr. Schoepfle’s Garden, April 2016—1
May 8, 2016
I had gone to Schoepfle Garden April 17 to see the gardens and the river. It was while walking up from the flood plain to go home that I spied the dumpster across the street. Since I still had some postings to go in the dumpster series that started when I was in Sarasota, I inserted Ohio’s Dumpster Goes for the Gold photographs before Florida’s The One That Got Away. Now for some Ohio nature photographs, taken at Schoepfle in the hours before I encountered the Ohio dumpster. This first one shows only a few of the many Spring Beauties (Claytonia virginica) at Schoepfle and all around this area. Many are still blooming.
