Experiments with Autumn
November 2, 2013
When I walked down to the river this past Sunday, I played around with moving the camera while tripping the shutter. Most results were pretty terrible, but I rather liked others. Here are some of the ones I liked. The last one is two shots layered together. One shot was without camera movement, and the other was with camera movement. Please click on these images; they look best large. Still, these may not be to everyone’s taste, as I learned from a nameless person who just now saw them on my computer. My inspiration for experimenting this way is the stunning work of Karen McRae and Chris Friel; you must look at what they do.
