Ripples and Prints

Raccoon prints add interest to the ripples that formed as the tide receded from the beach at South Lido Park.

  1. The tracks are going every which way, not so the ripples. Is water better organized than a racoon? Maybe that’s the wrong conclusion to draw…

Maybe the raccoon was looking for a good photographic angle . Would be interesting to compare its tracks with those of Linda’s 🙂

      • I usually try to avoid photographing human foot or shoe prints in the sand. So I’m really distorting the reality of most beaches. Don’t know what the raccoon was up to.

    • I have to wonder what the raccoons were doing out on the sand. There didn’t seem to be any evidence of digging. Maybe they were just wandering and looking around. This reply is supposed to appear under Blue Brightly’s comment. Can’t figure out why it won’t do that.
