Some Walls in Oberlin 8

July 10, 2017

This is not the same wall as the one whose photograph I posted May 20, and it can’t be light reflecting off of the same object. After I posted the May 20 photograph, I saw someone else’s photograph of a similar design on a wall somewhere else. I wonder what makes these X designs.

  1. It takes a good eye to see how the light falls on a subject and capture it so well.

    • Thank you, Ken. I may have started another series—of X-shaped reflections on walls. I wonder. I will certainly be on the lookout now. Wish I could remember where I’d seen that other person’s photograph.

  2. Something sort of bulbous? You’ve gone back and looked?

    • I didn’t look for this one, but I did Sunday for the other, the photo I posted May 20. All I can see is regular-looking windows, nothing sort of bulbous. The mystery persists.
