You Should See the Other Guy

This is an iron-clad concrete traffic barrier in Sarasota, near one of the dumpsters I photographed in March. It’s meant to keep vehicles from entering a parking area from the wrong direction. People must want to enter that parking area from the wrong direction pretty badly.
