I think this is masterful – you’ve made the leaves nestled into the rotting cardboard look just poised to perfection.

I have to admit that I was pretty excited to find this. After I created the post, I thought the leave mid-frame on the right was disturbing. I should have taken it out. So I may be especially pleased that the photo as is pleases you so much. (But don’t you think that leaf should come out?)

i like this better in horizontal sections than as this vertical whole. really engaging color and texture.

Thanks, Leslie. Originally, I had planned to show five slightly different views of this wasted cardboard, but later decided they weren’t different enough. Most of them were horizontal. 😉
