This boat hull continues to be one of the best series. This is like a micro landscape.

Thank you, Ken. This is the last in the series, but I hope to find more old boats to photograph. They offer so many opportunities to find beauty. I might have been able to frame this shot so that it didn’t look like a landscape, but I couldn’t resist this composition. I think I’m better with things that look like landscapes than I am with landscapes themselves.

Maybe you see why I saved this one for last. Thanks for your interpretation, Leslie. I saw the moon and the land, but hadn’t assigned a concrete idea to what is between. What you say works.
