I have to agree, Ken. We were so lucky to be given permission to come in and wander around while the yard was officially closed and no one else but the permission-giver was there.

Once again, Vera, your comment has made me go back and look at my photograph for a longer time. I see what you mean, or I think I do. For me, at least, it has something to do with the tension of that belt and the feeling of relief (a means for breath to come out?) that comes from the hole. Thanks for writing.
