Thank you, Ken. Um, my eye (and brain, I’m afraid) are often much better at detail than big picture. But I do enjoy the details.

I can’t quite figure out what part of the boat this actually is – but it doesn’t really matter! That first shot is a superb abstract that stands on its own. Very well spotted Linda.

I don’t know the proper names of the parts of boats, but it’s the back part, perpendicular to the horizon. The boat is sitting on top of another boat. A friend wrote me to say she didn’t know what a fish house was. I found this page on the Internet with pictures of these structures.
