Lemonade

I continued to drive around my part of northern Ohio November 9 until I came across a very homemade-looking memorial by the side of the road. It was a good idea to stop and investigate, right? Uh, no. But while waiting for the tow truck I entertained myself with the camera and even got one keeper.

    Oh, dear. I guess the shoulders are a little muddy. This is why I have AAA. You did get the shot, though. And it’s a good one.

      Thanks, Ken. I tried rocking back and forth the way you do in snow, but that probably just got me in deeper. Felt forgiven for getting stuck when the tow-truck driver said, “That’s deceiving, isn’t it. Looks like solid ground.” It was pure mush.

      Thank you, Deanna. I probably wouldn’t have seen that leaf if I hadn’t had to wait around for the tow truck.
