Boat Light
March 10, 2014
The fishing village of Cortez is a town of weathered textures and surface design, largely due to its placement on the Gulf of Mexico. Many of the things I love to photograph there have spent extended time in the water or have been allowed to languish in the salt air. The sun shining through the fiberglass sides of this boat relic makes the old girl gleam as she never did when she was sea worthy.

This is my kind of photo. Excellent!
