Trash or Treasure in Placida 5

Boats aren’t the only thing covered in layers of different-colored paint at this marina. I’m not sure what this thing is, but I have a guess. The second photo shows more of it. I think it may be a hoist that goes with the boat lift shown in the third photograph. . . . Interesting how similar the colors are to the colors on the Clarklift I photographed in Cortez this March.
