The Dumpsters of Cortez 1

March 24, 2018

The fish bins were so alluring when I visited the Cortez last month, that I almost didn’t see a nearby dumpster. In the nick of time—just before my well-fed friends, ready to leave, had reached the end of their tolerance for my picture-taking—I did.

    • Thanks, Ken. I have some friends who are longing to see trees or birds or anything but fish bins and dumpsters. But—you know—I have to do this. Four more to go.

      • I’m sure you could find a local chapter of Dumpster Anonymous (DA) that has a 12 step program for your addiction. Thoughts and prayers.

        • I’ll bet you have to want to change first, don’t you. Hm. Maybe I’m just not ready yet.

    • Do you see him/her? I’m not sure I do. Care to point out the location?

  3. Oh, Star Fish looks really wonderful. And so does this dumpster. Great colors, and once again, you composed a meaningful fragment. No, not ready to change, and thank you for that, I’m not ready for Dumpanon either.

    • Yes, Star Fish is a lot of fun, and their blackened mullet is fantastic. OK, then I won’t call you when I don’t feel the urge to not photograph a dumpster. Did I get all those negatives right?
