    • Another friend suggested Pick-up Sticks. You couldn’t possibly be referring to something in computer programming, could you? I found this when I googled criss cross primal: Criss-cross method. A method in linear programming that chooses a pivot by possibly crossing from primal to dual, and vica versa.
