    There’s something about a near-monotone image like this that really grabs me. Very nice, Linda.

    Thanks, Ken. You’ve done this—shown a near-monotone image—quite a few times yourself, haven’t you. To me it can have a richness that a true black and white image wouldn’t have. That’s not to say I don’t like good black and white images . . .

      I have desaturated some colors in some photos because they sometimes detract from the overall intent by being too garish. It’s a relatively easy adjustment but it can be very effective.
